Terms and Conditions for The Final Table “4th Anniversary – Tournament of Champions”

The Final Table, LLC dba The Final Table Poker Club (“The Final Table”) is hosting its 4th annual Tournament of Champions contest that gives 1 lucky winner a seat to the 2025 World Series of Poker Main Event in Las Vegas and 2nd-6th place winners a seat to the $1K Mystery Millions Bounty Event, each with $500 in travel expenses (“Contest”). By entering the Contest, you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions below.

Final Table has the right to modify or change the contest structure (i.e., dates, specifics about tournament structure, and how the tournament is played) at any time. Any updates will be posted on the Final Table website.

1. **Eligibility and Entry Restrictions.** To be eligible to enter the Contest, entrants must be a real person, at least 21 years old, and permanently reside in the United States. Entrants may not be employees, contractors, or owners of The Final Table. Any entrant who does not satisfy these requirements will be disqualified from participating in the Contest.

2. **Contest Entry.**

a. The Contest is open for entries on August 1st, 2024, and will close on April 30th, 2025 at the close of business (“Entry Period”).

b. During the Entry Period, each patron who plays at The Final Table may record his or her attendance by checking in at the Contest kiosk using his or her telephone number and/or full name. Patrons must use a valid telephone number; any attendance entries that do not use a valid telephone number will not be counted.

c. Each patron may have only one entry per day. Any attendance entries received before the opening or after the closing of the Entry Period will be invalid and will not be entered into the Contest. The Final Table does not accept responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.

d. Any patron who violates these terms and conditions will be disqualified from the Contest.

3. **Selection of a Winner.**

a. The 100 patrons with the highest number of attendance entries during the Entry Period will be selected to play in The Final Table Tournament of Champions. If there is a tie for the top 100, patrons who are tied for the top 100 will be allowed to enter the Tournament of Champions.

b. The top 6 players in the Tournament of Champions on May 3rd, 2025 will win seats to the WSOP events. The 1st place winner will receive a seat to the 2025 WSOP Main Event, and the 2nd-6th place winners will receive seats to the $1K Mystery Bounty Event, each with $500 in travel expenses.

4. **Prize.**

a. The 1st place winner will receive a paid buy-in entry to the 2025 World Series of Poker Main Event worth $10,000 (“Sponsorship Prize”). The winner may not elect to receive cash in lieu of the Sponsorship Prize.

b. The 2nd-6th place winners will receive seats to the $1K Millionaire Mystery Bounty WSOP Event with reimbursement for airfare, lodging, and meals for expenses, not to exceed $500. Winners must provide The Final Table with receipts for airfare, lodging, and meals for reimbursement within 7 days after the end of the 2025 World Series of Poker. No accommodations are included with the 1st place prize. The 1st place winner must pay their own travel expenses.

c. If for any reason, the winners are not able to attend the 2025 WSOP, they will forfeit their prizes.

d. A representative of The Final Table will accompany the winners to Las Vegas and will pay the 2025 World Series of Poker event buy-ins directly to the World Series of Poker.

5. **Earnings Split.**

a. The 1st place winner of the Tournament of Champions will notify the hotel and casino in Las Vegas and the World Series of Poker that he or she designates that the winnings will be split between the winner and The Final Table Poker Club, a 60/40 split of any pre-tax earnings the winner receives from playing in WSOP Events. The earnings split does not apply to any World Series of Poker events that the winner entered using his or her own funds. After payout, the winner will receive 74 percent of winnings and pay The Final Table Poker Club 26 percent of their winnings.

b. The winners of the Million Dollar Mystery Bounty will notify the hotel and casino in Las Vegas and the World Series of Poker that he or she designates The Final Table Poker Club to receive a 60/40 split of any pre-tax earnings the winners receive from playing in events. The earnings split applies only to the event for which The Final Table paid the buy-in entry. The earnings split does not apply to any World Series of Poker events that winners entered using their own funds. After payout, the winner will receive 74 percent of winnings and pay The Final Table 26 percent of their winnings.

6. **Tax Liability.** Winners are responsible for any tax liability for the Sponsorship Prize and earnings won at the World Series of Poker. The Final Table does not make any representations about the winner’s tax liability and advises winners to obtain professional tax advice.

7. **Limitation of Liability.** Winners must abide by the World Series of Poker rules, including participant conduct and tournament integrity rules. The Final Table is not liable for any penalty levied against winners for violation of these or any other World Series of Poker rules.
